Royal Neft Trading FZE is a UAE-based physical commodity trading house, moving oil, gas, petrochemicals and energy-related products between producers, refiners and end-users worldwide.
Our story
Physical trade, backed by real assets
The Royal Neft name has operated in the petroleum trading sector since 2019, building an international network across the Gulf, South Asia, East Africa and the Caspian.
Royal Neft Trading FZE was incorporated in the Hamriyah Free Zone in October 2025 as a dedicated free-zone entity, consolidating the group's sourcing, storage and supply operations under a single, fully-licensed and compliant company. Our portfolio spans the full hydrocarbon and petrochemical chain, from crude, distillates and fuel oils to naphtha, base oils, solvents, sulphur and urea.
We are a trading house, not a contractor. Our business is the physical movement of energy commodities, and through joint ventures and long-term contracts with UAE refineries we hold direct access to physical refining capacity and dedicated tank storage, giving our counterparties genuine control over product, its movement and its possession.

Market context
Positioned where demand outpaces supply
Refined products in the UAE and the wider region are supplied predominantly by government-linked refiners, while alternative sources are constrained by international sanctions, creating a persistent gap between supply and demand.
Demand for diesel (D2), gasoil, kerosene and naphtha remains strong across local retail, industrial and regional markets, with India, East Africa, Pakistan and China among the most active destinations. Royal Neft serves this demand through compliant sourcing, local refining access and dependable regional distribution.

Royal Neft is led by a founder with a chartered-accountancy background and senior international energy experience, including a leadership role in a SOCAR–Petrofac joint venture in Azerbaijan, supported by a management team spanning trading, operations, logistics and compliance, operating from the company's Hamriyah Free Zone office.

Sanctions & export control
We trade only in non-sanctioned products, with non-sanctioned companies and individuals, involving non-sanctioned regions, ports and vessels. No exceptions.
Know your customer
Every counterparty, agent, vessel and end-user is screened before we deal; ownership and beneficial owners are verified and re-screened as circumstances change.
Anti-money-laundering
We do business only with legitimate counterparties using legitimate funds, keep transparent records, and maintain zero tolerance toward bribery and corruption.

Governed by our Corporate Code of Conduct and Corporate Policies, an ESG framework, and full adherence to UAE and international law. All contracts under UAE law.
