What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity depends on the product, packaging and destination. Bulk tanker cargoes and drummed or bagged parcels are structured differently. Tell us the grade, quantity and destination and our trade desk will confirm what is workable.

Which Incoterms do you trade on?

We quote on FOB, CFR and CIF as standard, and can agree other Incoterms by negotiation. Our Insights section has a plain-English explanation of what each one means for risk and cost.

How is quality verified before delivery?

Independent inspection, sampling and laboratory certification (ASTM / international standards) are arranged as required, so what is delivered matches the agreed specification.

What payment terms do you accept?

Transactions are structured with recognised trade-finance instruments, typically letters of credit, through our banking relationships. Specific terms are agreed per transaction.

How quickly can you confirm availability?

Do you supply outside the UAE?

Yes. Alongside our Hamriyah, Fujairah and Jebel Ali corridors, we regularly supply into the Middle East, South Asia, East Africa and the Caspian.
